✅ Edit with intention and rhythm — whether it’s a 15s ad or a 5-minute wedding film, pacing and emotion matter.
✅ Have a solid grasp of DaVinci Resolve, especially for clean cuts and basic color correction.
✅ Understand visual storytelling and film language — not just cutting clips, but building flow, tension, and mood.
✅ Have great taste — knows when to hold a shot, when to cut, and how to let a moment breathe.
✅ Are organized and reliable — can manage assets, communicate clearly, and deliver on deadline.
✅ Love a creative challenge — open to experimenting with different styles, music, and structures.
✅ Are forward-thinkers and dreamers — you’re not just editing a video; you’re building something meaningful, one frame at a time.
